문화사절 친구 - 이진규

 이진규 화우는 위 사진을 첨부하여 뉴질랜드 관광객 부부에게 답장을 보냈다.

 

 

 

이진규 화우 부부는 일요일에 인사동 거리에 외출을 하였고

맛이 좋기로 이름이 난 개성만두 집에서 만두를 먹었다.

같은 시간 뉴질랜드의 관광객 부부가 같은 식당 옆좌석에서 식사를 하게되어

이진규화우는 평소 그래왔듯이 외국인 관광객에게 친절하게 대화를 나누었고

한국에 대한 소개를 잘 해 주었다.

 

뉴질랜드로 돌아간 관광객 부부(Mrs Dianne과 Mr. David씨는

친절한 이진규 화우 부부에게 함께 찍은 사진과 감사의 글을 보내왔다.

이진규 화우는 역시 부부 사진을 첨부하여 화답의 편지를 보냈다.

 

이진규화우는 평소 즐겨 사용하고 있는 영어로 외국인들과 대화를 나누며

한국과 서울을 알리고 외국인 관광객들이 알고 싶어하는 것들을 알려주는 일에 애를 써 왔다.

이진규 화우 부부의 적극적인 문화사절단 역할 계속되기를 바라며....

Hi Mrs Dianne( Mr David)
 
 
First of all, we are so much happy receiving your letter and nice photo today.
We also had wonderful time with you and your hushand really in a restaurant SEOUL.KOREA.
 
We were also so much pleased, sharing same emotional feeling as human being although we apart from so much far distance.
Despite we spent small time with both of you,we are sure that you both have been respected by everyone for most of your life.
 
Also, it's so beautiful sunset in your native home town. We kindly send you our photo in return for yours.
We hope I(my wife) would like to visit your country of New Zealand later surely if we'll have free time.  
 
And If you have any question, pls feel free to contact me(my wife) at any time.

Hi Mr Lee
 
You and your wife met David and me a couple of days ago in a restaurant in
 Bukchan. We got talking and shared a lovely time together. David and I
 returned the following day to the same place for lunch and the
 manager/owner recognised us and gave us a very warm welcome.
 
I have attached a couple of photographs from when we met which I hope you
 like.
 
We arrived back in New Zealand Sunday morning after an 11 hour flight.
 Fortunately during that time we managed to get some sleep so didn't feel
 too weary.

 David is in Auckland city working this week, while I have returned to our
 home on Waiheke Island. David will join me in the weekend. I've attached
 a couple of photographs which I took last summer from our Waiheke house.
 
We both really enjoyed our time in Seoul and would very much like to
 return in the future to see more of your great city. We particularly
 found the people of all ages to be so polite, friendly and helpful.
 
Please say a special 'hello' to your delightful wife.
